Ghostlt image moving slowly down the street

Taken out of the bedroom window as the ghostly image of a roadroller moved noisily down the street

Well - either it was a ghost OR they had just surfaced the road, it was dark and the shutter speed was set to about 2 seconds

I prefer the first explanation - but the road is much smother this morning.

Maybe there was a dragon involved as well - that would explain the flatter road - unless elf magic was used to scare off the ghost and that smoothed the road out as well
