Waiting for Dr. Brady

Had my annual Wellness appointment with my Kaiser Permanente doctor today. She is new to me, only the second time I've seen her. It was a good visit, turns out I'm reasonably healthy. But she did tell me to go easy on myself, seems I've been under a lot of stress.
The bare feet? It's so hot here this week! I kick off my shoes every chance I get.
