Meringues

I made a Key Lime Pie today for a friend, and ended up with much too much meringue (if there is there such a thing).

My husband was rather put out that he was not going to be allowed a piece of pie, so I baked up the remaining meringue to keep him quiet. Sadly six of the ten got a tad cremated, but I was quite proud of these ones. Just hope they turn out to be nice and squidgy in the middle ...
