Party time in the city

Colin and I travelled from Apsley to Euston in the afternoon to spend some time in the city after a gap of many years. All dressed up for my godson's pre-wedding party in a posh bar in Somerset House, but before that spent a couple of  happy hours in a wine bar off the Embankment with my cousin. Boy it was a hot afternoon and evening in London, What a fine time we had! Hannah and Ed joined us at the party too, and enjoyed their first child free night in five years. They used to live in London and we enjoyed our visits, so it was nice to experience the feel of this great city once more, and to meet Greg's beautiful fiancée before their wedding next month.
