Angry Eyes

My wife is once again inspired to create her unique hanging collections. Rather than driftwood and beach glass, which have been her staple for some time, she is starting with this carved mask (a close-up of its eyes shown here) we purchased while in Patzcuaro this summer. She is planning to adorn it with some bone fragments and spine shaped shells for something I think will appear very Aboriginal. It is good to see her flex her creative wings and react to her inspiration piece. Perhaps a future Blip will show her completed project.
