Allotment Play

Had a great day at the work allotment.  I did lots of tidying up and thinking about nature play.
Linked to play and sensory experiences for young children I made some herb bags for sniffing, a place for small sand play, a drumming area and some filling/pouring activities for the babies.  The babies were very happy with their gardening and play this afternoon on their visit.
