blue job/pink job

I grew this beetroot (blue job - dirty hands) and Anniemay is making  a beetroot and green bean salad with roasted French Goats cheese and walnuts for supper.  It's by definition a pink job as I couldn't possibly manage to make this.   Yum anyway.
