High and Dry

Oh dear.
This happened about 10.30 as three yachts were racing. Suddenly one of them found the skerries which were just becoming exposed on the lowering tide.
He had to stay there until about 1700, in full view of the town and Yacht Club of Aberdour. I don't think he will hear the end of it from his mates, anytime soon :D
One of our visitors had arrived in a RIB and very kindly went over to see if they could take any of the crew off and back to dry land.
Apparently the yachtsnman's partner was very keen to leave him there to stew . As I heard it, she added "...and I've got the car keys!" :D
