Room With a View

First impressions of Berlin... lots of graffiti, lots of bikes and lots of cobblestones!

Thanks to G's excellent instructions we successfully negotiated the public transport system without incident - bus from Tegel, the Ringbahn to Shoenhauser Allee then a short walk to G's apartment which she has very kindly lent us for the duration of our stay. Time for a quick sandwich and coffee in a local bakery, and a trip to the supermarket for essentials (milk, cheese, coldcuts, bread) and then SLEEP.

Dinner at an upmarket Vietnamese restaurant with G&G before more SLEEP. We should be in good shape for tomorrow.
