Mystery Scooter

Was this lonely, abandoned scooter outside the Cutty Sark sent down from above for me? In my favourite colour too. It's owner was nowhere to be seen, so I was tempted to wizz around the Cutty Sark at top speed on it, but managed to control my urge.
