Graffiti

Is it art?
Is it a form of protest?
Is it just a crime?
Yes.

I have no tolerance for graffiti on natural forms. I have no tolerance for graffiti on personal property. I have no tolerance for crude graffiti.
But...graffiti on train cars does seem intriguing. It seems like a message in a bottle. It seems like a voice calling out in the night. No clue why.
