Picazuro Pigeon

Another overcast day. Not cold, but a bit unpleasant. I took this pic from my rear window in the morning, this pigeon is also called Big Pigeon, he is really bigger than the ordinary pigeon.
A day of meetings at work. I really don't know why people believe that just meetings will fix the problems. In my opinion, "action" would be better...
