Lunch Guest

For the first time in over a week, we actually had a day with no commitments and nothing planned. We managed a swim in the outdoor pool this morning, which was still crowded despite the cloudier weather, then had lunch in the garden again.

The bees love this plant, a relatively new addition to the garden and I spent some time trying to get a decent shot; this was the best I could come up with.

This evening we went to the cinema in Bridgwater to see the Mama Mia sequel which, despite lukewarm reviews, we really enjoyed. As long as you take it about as seriously as the cast do and accept that the plot, such as it is, is just there to hang some songs on it's great fun
