Lost and found

I found this set of keys while digging in the garden.
The yellow, resin block in the geographical shape of Libya, has a compass embedded in it.

I imagine this enables the owner to find the Qibla, the direction to face when praying towards Mecca.

This area has many foreign students who come here to learn English and I suppose a student lost it once upon a time.
