Hard to leave

It was hard to leave P & P's beautiful home this morning, but we had to get home. So after another garden breakfast we set off, taking a different route after Friday's horrendous journey. The trip that took us five hours on Friday was done in just two today, even though the M25 was very slow.
We were home for a short while, just long enough to pick Coco up from the cattery. Then we went down to Gatwick airport to collect J & M after their holiday in Corfu. They had a marvellous holiday and it was good to hear all about it while they were still full of enthusiasm.
Now I must water the garden and see how the plants have fared in my absence.
