Mono Monday........ Blast

A blast of water from the cold tap, very refreshing with a slice of lemon, or cucumber, and also very necessary on hot days like today......... important to keep hydrated of course.
A visit to the doctor's to discuss recent medication which again was not suitable, and a prescription for an alternative.....am hopeful once more !
