Above Hayfield

A visit to J's brother and family in the peak district.  After lunch we had a stroll onto the moor where the heather was just starting to colour (see extra) and past 20 trees (actually 19 trees, second extra) down into Hayfield for a drink before wandering back to their house. 

I liked the way the sunlight was catching the hills in this image, so that was the main picture.
