Along The Road ...

The way home. 'A long and winding road ...' On the picture a view along the road on the early morning in the neighborhood of the former border between East and West Germany.

We can look back on a good conference, met nice people from all over Europe, discovered surprised the regional Polish cuisine, learned with dismay of a dark chapter in Europe's recent history and drove far over 3,000 km per car. We arrived safe&sound and we all agreed: we enjoyed the trip and each others company, but it's good to be back home again ... ;)
