A long time no see!!

It must be about 30+ years since I last did one of these!! A fellow blipper Poppy blipped one recently and reminded me of this old time favourite!!

There were two very ripe bananas in the cupboard and rather than throw them out I decided to make a banana loaf, and whilst the oven was on I did the upside down cake. Plenty of goodies for the next few days.
