Herm

Today we took Miss Victoria with us to Herm Island. We set off early so that we could go to Shell Beach on the other side of the island. It wasn’t too warm at this early time We watched some swimmers that had already crossed to Herm and were then swimming round the island. Later the crossed back to Guernsey. Having been in the water swimming for 18 hours. We saw a pheasant with her babies amongst the dunes and on the beach, we also saw Sanderlings with their babies and many Oystercatchers. Some more in extras.we saw dolphins too on the way home!
