Evening Dip

Cycled down to Dietlhofer See for a swim this evening. The water temp is about 25C so there's none of that up to your knees and shivering business, it's straight in! The sun was on its way down so we didn't hang about afterwards but made a wee stop on the way home to pick some corn. Turned out to be inedible, unless you're a cow, but it seems that all the corn around here gets used as a power source by the farmers so I guess they don't care what it tastes like as long as it burns (I'm just guessing that they burn it, can't see how else you can turn corn into electricity).
