YUMMY....dumplings!

I have to say...my experience in China has been amazing! We have met so many gracious friends! And this is a great example of the sharing of friendship and culture! My husband's co teacher knew I was interested in learning how to cook a few Chinese dishes, and knew how much I loved dumplings. We were fortunate enough to be invited to her families home and her mother taught my husband and I how to make this yummy little packets of love...dumplings! From making the dough, to the pork and cabbage filling and then stuffing the dough...unfortunately my dumplings looked a bit ... mangled, so her are Bearella's mom's dumplings. YUMMMMMY!
