Donald Campbell's Bluebird,

We popped out for fish and chips and heard a pipe band warming up. Wondering what the occasion was we wandered down to the promenade to discover that the Bluebird had just arrived on the ferry. 

All the posters and small items we had seen round Rothesay now made sense. (Bluebird sausages from the local butcher for example). 

The hydrofoil is going to be tested on Loch Fad during August.
