Armchair View

Today I spent a lot of time seated with my foot up.  Annabel brought me down a posy of spring flowers.  They are on the coffee table and have  become my blip including part of the cover of book I made using my Haiku and photos from last year.  
I hobbled around the garden this afternoon and supervised the planting of my expensive camellia.  I do feel it is going to be okay with rest.  It feels strong and not too sore.  Thank you very much for all your kind comments and best wishes.
