Plumage

A pretty ordinary day at work concluded with a pretty excellent dinner at the Plumed Horse. It's only the second time we've been there, and it really is rather special. Here is my dessert. Treacle tart - done in a special way. This followed a starter of belly pork and a main of sea bass. Exceptional.
