Mile High Flea Market

Today was probably not the best day to visit the flea market even though we got there before 9 am.  By then it was already close to 80F and by 10:30 it was 90.  By the time we left at noon it was 97F!  The place is huge and there's not a lot of shade!  My blip shows one of about twelve rows like this.  There are a lot of bargains on all kinds of things including a farmers market.  There was live music, rides for the kids and all kinds of food and drink.  It was all a bit overwhelming, especially in the heat!  We were glad to get into the air conditioned car and we stopped for lunch (in an air conditioned restaurant) on the way home.  It was nice to spend the day together. :-)

I am grateful that Piper and her dad decided not to go with us.  They both would have been miserable!
