A new bike! The fun of the past month at going to EVERY bike shop in Cleveland and surrounding areas has been a blast. I found this really, really cool bike shop called Spin Cycles in Lakewood, Ohio. The staff there are super smart, caring and all about taking care of bikers.

I never knew that bikes could be FIT to your body, that there should be no pain in riding, only sweat!!!! These guys spent literally 2 hours dialing this ride into my specific needs and fit...

I am SO looking forward to my long rides this summer...
