Let the fun commence

As it is holiday season we set off early this morning. Murphy normally travels in the boot but I have read so many sad tales of dogs dying in the boot from heat as the air con does not reach there, but today he has sat on the back seat. As this isn’t normal he was a little on edge and he sang for most of the way until we stopped for the first pee break. He then did the same until the next break and then he settled down.

We saw a couple at Stafford services with their two dogs. And then we saw them again later in Ambleside. It’s a small world.

Blipbear, Kiwi and Chatty travelled incognito in the car in case they were seen and kidnapped. Well after all they are big celebrities.

Once we arrived they came out from hiding and quickly grouped by Lake Windermere. My photographic assistant HtP wasn’t available for the shot so they sat on their blanket. Hopefully future shots will be better as he can hold them up so that can see the view.
