2018 Friday — Berries

Found these delicious berries at today’s Farmers Market. Found many other lovelies, but decided to focus on one item for this Blip.

My mom used to bake the best berry cobbler. When I was a kid, my parents, Mom & Pops, used to grow a vegetable garden every year. They would can tomatoes, freeze corn on the cob, and make pickles. We did not live on a farm, but there were plenty of moments when our residential house in the middle of the suburbs felt like a farmhouse kitchen.

I really ought to make a berry cobbler.
