Poppies

Anything of any height in the garden is needing staked now.  The wonderful hot weather, then the rain and wind and now more hot weather, has meant that there is a lot of sappy growth and everything is falling over!  

B passes on all her gardening magazines to me, and these poppies were grown from a free packet of seeds in one of them.  They are called, appropriately enough, Red Flanders, and are looking terrific just now, with the help of a few bamboo canes!
