Family fun.

I am having to cheat, but due to a rather unpleasant bug which I have succumbed to along with Mr Tbay I have been out of action for a few days! I am now feeling basically better, but now need to shift the cold that has dogged me for nearly a month!

So this was taken two days ago when cousins came to visit and were offered the chance to drive the tractors. What fun we had. A lovely lunch and then out to enjoy a drive on the vintage tractors in the lovely afternoon sun. The youngest was the most adventurous and was well up for driving the BIG tractor which she did very well much the amazement of her family!

Farming - All very routine at the moment. Compost hauling plus Rusty on odd jobs. Need rain to get the grass growing again!! With grass comes the work.

Mrs V is enjoying Scotland but alas no fishing. The Carron is very low water wise and what is there is currently too warm for any fishing. As a result she has been enjoying the other delights of the area including Dornoch Games and a trip to the beach.
