Blue at last

Woke up at an even more unseemly hour than yesterday and couldn't get back to sleep - began to doze off at one point then something set the magpies off out in the square and there was no more peace for the wicked (think they'd have woken the Dalai Lama to be honest).

In a slightly zombie-like condition I popped round to the Arclight gaff, went to the allotment, and did a few of the more humdrum chores at home (eg shredding). Oh, and activated a sourdough starter. Managed to stay up until almost 10 pm, in the hope of sleeping later tomorrow.

The first three fruits on our little blaeberry have at coloured up at last. I thought of saving them for D.....but didn't, sorry D! :-)
