The Clouds Gather

Visited Lichfield today for the first time in ages.  It hasn't changed that much, other than for the inexorable rise in the number of charity shops that seem to have even greater presence these days in provincial towns.  It was lovely to see many cafes offering outdoor seating and, more importantly, the number of people using them.  Mind you the black clouds above should have meant that people were ready to run inside if the rains came.

The clouds were still 'interesting' as I drove home so I stopped at an old favourite, the five trees that sit on a ridge above the village of Stonnall.   I've probably taken something similar before but then again after more than 2,400 blips that's hardly a surprise.
