Love this book, picked up from the Design Museum. It's about being present & listening. And about seeing. Some quotes so far ........

And a great new word (new to me, that is)

“Tartle” - the act of hesitating while introducing someone because you've forgotten their name.

The only downside is that it's published by Facebook, not normally known for listening.
