Antics

The nice French couple visited again this morning.  We needed a quick decision from them because we already had a firm offer.  They were very good about it and we had a very good discussion.  They made us an offer which we have accepted.  We are really pleased to be selling to them. Now we have to get the notaire and inspections sorted, so plenty of antics in the next few days, but we are very pleased to have agreed the sale.  It is swelteringly hot, 39 degrees again today.  Fans and portable aircon unit on the go.  Whilst waiting for our buyers this morning, the sun was shining sideways into the trumpet vive and Mr Ant very kindly provided a sense of scale.
