Going Chip Hunting

We took L out of nursery today and headed for the coast. We were on the beach at Dymchurch in Kent by 9:45am! It was glorious!

We had a great day. L explored with her usual enthusiasm... sandcastle building (and destroying), paddling, sitting and splashing in the sea, donkey riding, lunch and ice cream. By which time she’d crashed and burned and needed to sleep in the car on the way home.

At least we’d beaten some of the 32 degrees in the shade at home. It was 25 on the beach today. Woweee it’s hot at the moment.
