Sun up

We loaded our lovely bull Glen into the trailer this morning and husband took him to the mart to be sold. He then came back had a cuppa while I mucked out trailer then we gathered in the sheep and separated off the last of the lambs and a few ewes who didn't go to the last sale. They were then loaded and husband took them to the mart. Very handy being 20minutes from the mart instead of 1.5hours driving plus 30min wait for ferry and 45mins on the ferry!! Certainly could have done what we did today there. Sad to see Glen go glad to not have to keep him contained anymore and happy he went as breeding bull. He also made not too bad a price. The lambs did fine as well. 

Just back from being taxi for my sister as she and OH and friends are at beer and gin festival in town tonight. Not picking them up thankfully. Very tired tonight after a long and slightly stressful day.
