Union Square

Here in Aberdeen they had a good idea of moving the old railway goods yard away from some prime time retail space, and integrating the shops with the bus and train station and cover it all with a roof as its bloody cold up here. The result is a lovely shopping centre called Union Square which is directly connected to my work and the train station so indeed I hardly ever leave it!

This is the stone frontage of the old train station buildings forming the covered 'square' which has been converted into shops and a cafe.
