Rydal Water

 Rest Day- no orienteering. Persuaded friend G who owns a paddle board to meet me, 2 sis in laws and a niece at Rydal Water to play. G&J paddled off to the island in the middle of the lake. I set off swimming  with them but in the middle started to get pins and needles in my fingers. I did not feel cold but knew I needed to turn back. Next purchase will be a wetsuit
