Cloudy morning

The trip to the gym this morning was rather picturesque and it wasn't COLD.  Yah !  Summer is coming.

Enjoyed my read outside.  Although topic was some what frightening - MICROPLASTICS. Found out why Jhb water is full of it, people are washing themselves in products with microbeads........ these ultimately end up in Jhb water.  Eish !

Radio show went well.  The extra was this morning's "team.  I am showing off my "gym" hair.
