Take 2 minutes a day for you. It’s a start to improve your mental health. I was on a course today about mental health and well being in children and teachers and how we can address it in schools. It was good and I feel we do quite well already in our school but there is always more to do. Very often the issues stem from their home life and it is more and more about engaging with the parents. And that is the barrier. The authority and government are all about raising attainment but children need to be in a place to learn first. That is so much more important that testing and levels.
I took 2 minutes or 20 when I got home. That new M74 is very confusing!! So many lanes and giant roundabouts!
