A fixer-upper

I went past this house as I was walking up for my paper this morning. It's got fabulous views across the river for about two miles to Plymouth and quite a bit of land. Really run down so I'd love to get hold of it and spend far more money than I can afford doing it up. Nice walk today - about three miles to the Edgecombe Arms at Cremyll for lunch (two pints of St Austell 'Proper Job' and filled potato skins - white wine for the lady) and back.
