Return of the water

Thank goodness. The rain has returned and brought life back to the burns, the gardens are look healthy and the animals seem happier.
I spent a good deal of the morning tidying up outside my house and dead heading the community plants that I'm in charge of. The horticultural club has entered the village into the national 'village in bloom' competition. The judge arrived today and parked outside my house. I hope I've not let them down.
