Woodland Burial Ground

This is a back blip from yesterday as my phone died and by the time I charged it I just wanted to get some sleep.

Yesterday (or today!) we visited a little woodland burial ground just outside of St Neots on the Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire border.

It is such a lovely little spot hidden at the end of an old roughly gravelled farm track and further concealed behind an equestrian centre and its mountain of buildings and facilities.

We shall visit again sometime in the near future. We have a loved one who is laid to rest in one of the groves so it is a very sentimental place for both myself and my Grandpa.
