5:30 - woke up fully rested after a straight 8 hours sleep, delighted
5:32- got ready to go to work, has entertaining chat with Daisy as she was just finishing her night shift of mine craft, chat with her likewise nocturnal friends and boxset watching
5:48- left house
8:50- arrived at work, embarked on full on meetings including a hopefully successful interview
3 ish- inhaled a bag of chocolate buttons without actually noticing or pausing for breath
5:30- left work
5:35 - rang Jay to request cold white wine. He had already bought wine, beer and tonic. Top man
General:,drove home listening to Simon mayos books and catching up on The Reunion, Basra (interesting) , the Young Ones (excellent), Kyoto agreement (on the whole boring)
8:50 - arrive home, drink wine, eat toast. V thankful for my good 8 hours last night.
