Home sweet home, Finnair with love

After a good and warm stay in Berlin and a lovely breakfast in hotel, we left to the Tegel airport and had a safe flight home with Finnair.

Back home there had been several thunderstorms, the latest as we were leaving Berlin. If there is some airline that I trust, it is Finnair. The captain told us in finnish about the storm, but "we will see nearer how we will handle that".

I was so thankful as the storm travelled ahead of our plane and later our car towards the north. So we did not have to struggle with thundering (or our captain did not struggle and we passengers did not have to worry.) The captain told us about the clear and lovely still weather as we were flying towards Finnish airspace, which was nice of course.

Many of the women I met in Helsinki toilet line after the arrival, had also been very aware about the weather themselves. So it was nice that the captain did tell us the truth and also that the situation had later changed.

Talking about systematic and organisated job, it always feels so good to walk into Finnair plane. Icy style and cosy style. Had to blip it!

The weather felt like in a rainforest as we came home. The thundering had brought heavy rain too. But cool it was, only +20c after heavy thundering and rain, humidity 90%. Strange to see the car aircondition temperature equal to the outdoor temperature (extra)!

After arriving home we sat hours in living room, me and hubby, and just took it easy.
