I just loved...

...the expression on the face of this centuries-old statue, above the main door of Basel Cathedral. One could speculate endlessly about the meaning and who he/she might be pointing at.

We are on our last full day of our river cruise from Luxemburg. It is still very hot, despite the light breeze and the heavy rain from last night's thunder storm.

Tomorrow morning we fly from Basel to Heathrow for the journey home, where there will be Wifi!!!
