Can you see them???

Maybe so, but it would be impossible to count them. All those little flakes wisping abound would be harder to count than stars in my opinion, and what about the ones that melt as I point to them and they touch my finger...hmmm, better stick to counting apples.

I've got a big box of apples from my friend's back yard. What to do with them is the real question. Apple pie, apple butter, applesauce, apple bread. Everything plus a good scoop of cinnamon, of course. What I'm really curious about is a recipe for apple pie cookies. In my opinion (oh no, here we go again), that's the best of both, pie and cookies...I'll give them a try and let you know. :)
