BEEF STEW & DUMPLINGS

Hi there everyone. A busy day again. Washing, cooking and cleaning. All the usual mundane stuff! I also put some borders, barriers etc onto the Scalextric track. I have ordered a Dunlop bridge and a grandstand for it also. I never thought I would be that interested, but I think I am converted!!
We had a beef stew and dumplings for our dinner. I didn't have potatoes as I am trying to cut down on potatoes, bread etc.
