I've got a harness to wear when I'm out for a walk. It feels more comfortable than just my collar, especially when I'm rushing back home for a poo. 
On one of my wee walks today, it was raining hard. When we got back to my garden, I ran around like a dervish and found a small patch of earth to get muddy in. Very muddy. That bit was fun, but the cold garden hose that my owner used to clean me wasn't so much fun. 
I enjoyed wearing my harness though.
